Section 3.1 – Methods of processing

Section 5.1 – Training Evidence Upload

By filling out the form on the “Submit Training Evidence” the User authorizes this Website to use these details to validate training on the Scout Training Database “Compass” and you authorize this Website to keep a record of the following data until you leave for the purpose “record-keeping” the details collected and stored are: Full Name, Email Address, Evidence Uploaded.

Section 5.2 – Google Analytics (Gogle Inc.)

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Website, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. Personal Data collected: Cookies and Usage Data. Section 5.3 – Contacting the User (Contact Forms)

By filling in the contact form with their Data, the User authorizes this Website to use these details to reply to requests for information, and pass these details on to members of our team with the explicit intent to contact a group with the view to join said group, or any other kind of request as indicated by the form’s header. Personal Data collected: full name, parent email address, young person’s date of birth, parent phone number.

Section 5.4 – Finding a group (Postcode Search)

By providing the “Find your nearest group” feature with their Data, the User authorizes this Website to use these details to display their location on a map, this data is not stored beyond the extent of the session on the website. Personal Data collected: Location/Postal code

Section 5.5 – Downloading Files

When downloading files from our website we will collect non-personal data to better understand who is downloading content and from what areas in the world. The data will only be used to create anonymous statistics. Personal Data collected: IP Address
